How it Began

In 2019, entrepreneur Glenn Stearns arrived in Erie, Pennsylvania, and ignited what would become the Underdog Small Business Fund. After completing a bold 90-day challenge to build a $1 million business—featured on Undercover Billionaire—he chose to reinvest in the community that helped make it possible.
From that momentum, the Underdog Founders Network was born.
